Welcome to the Solo Roleplayers Network (“the Network”), operated by Stormhead Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using soloroleplayersnetwork.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Solo Roleplayers Network is an online index and aggregator for podcasts and audio dramas featuring solo tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) play. We provide:

  • Aggregated podcast feeds from participating creators.
  • Feature pages with trailers, artwork, and descriptions of selected shows.
  • A secondary page highlighting other creations by our members.

We make no claim of ownership over any third-party content featured on the Site. All reproduced material is used with the permission of the creators.

2. Content Ownership and Permissions

All podcasts, audio files, images, text, and other creative works featured on the Site are owned by their respective creators.

  • Permission: The inclusion of any creator’s work is with their express permission.
  • No Transfer of Rights: These Terms do not grant the Site or its visitors any ownership rights over the content.
  • Removal Requests: Creators may request removal of their work from the Site by contacting us at brian@soloroleplayersnetwork.com. We will respond promptly to such requests.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with the Site or its creators.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site includes embedded audio, video, and links to external websites and services operated by third parties.

  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.
  • Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
